The trainer at Resolve Fitness is world-class. She takes the time to ensure your form is perfect and offer modifications for every fitness level, which made me feel safe and confident starting out. The workouts are challenging, creative, and never boring. I’ve seen more progress in just a few short months here than I have in years of training on my own. Truly a hidden gem!
